Our Team
Neal began his career as a sales coordinator for a sporting goods manufacturer before becoming a partner in a manufacturers representative organization. He eventually sold his partnership and ventured out to create smaller ‘micro-businesses’. During the next 10 years, Neal developed internet-based businesses and specialized in leadership development.
Mary-Jo began her career with GE in International Corporate Marketing. She has extensive experience in real estate and even earned herself a Hall of Fame Award for her incredible work. Prior to getting her insurance license, Mary Jo has served as the President of Cross Marketing and Promotions, LLC for the past 12 years.
